Tucked away towards the rear of Hatchet Hall, Old Man Bar is a low-lit, straightforward bar with an emphasis on American whiskey & spirits. The carefully curated vinyl record collection speaks for itself.

Our backbar highlights current and sought-after releases from a range of distilleries.

No reservations. Just walk on in.
Tuesday–Saturday, 6pm–1am
Sunday & Monday, 6pm–midnight

Every Sunday and Monday night, The Old Man bar serves juicy prime beef burgers made by the Hatchet Hall kitchen.

For 11 years, we've been hand-selecting single barrels straight from the distilleries: more than 70 so far. Each one is bottled just for us and put on the shelf for your enjoyment. Indulge in one of the most extensive collections in the city.
